CAPAS began in Aventura during the challenges of 2020, when two partners with a shared passion for great food decided to create something special for their community.
What started as a menu of burgers, sandwiches, and salads quickly evolved into something bigger. As guests kept coming back and word spread beyond South Florida, one thing became clear: the burger was the favorite. It wasn't just our best seller — it became our obsession.
